Transactions on this site are invoiced payment on account.
Freight charges displayed at checkout are approximate and subject to change at invoice. Freight for international orders is quoted separately.
In circumstances where the order is split due to and not limited to back orders, payment will be secured for each part of the order at the time of ordering.

Windcave: Ecommerce Security and Encryption

Windcave have a dedicated and purpose-built development and data centre, specially designed for payments processing. We have invested and continue to re-invest in state of the art, bank grade security and infrastructure, and are fully certified as Visa AIS and MasterCard SDP (PCI DSS) compliant at processor level; using an approved QSA for quarterly scans on systems and full onsite audits, annually. All sensitive information is encrypted with the 3DES protocol, using financial Hardware Security Modules.

Windcave systems are managed by a world-class IT team that ensure all PCI requirements are met. Regular internal and external penetration testing to ensure ongoing compliance. Use of enterprise grade firewalls with IPS (Intrusion Prevention System). Constant, detailed monitoring of systems and network. Regularly tested and updated security processes. Testing and development completed to meet OWASP standards.

We reserve the right to add interest on any amount you owe after the due date at a rate of 2.5% per month or part month; any expenses, including debt collection and legal costs, that we incur as a result of enforcing any of our rights contained in this agreement; without set-off, deduction or counterclaim; and a deposit when required.

We may require to hold a credit card for services, and if so, we may also require a payment bond, at an agreed amount, to be deducted from your credit card. You agree to us allocating any payment received from you towards any invoice on your account, if no allocation is made, then payment received will be used to preserve the maximum value of our security interest in the products. We accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards only.

Goods will not be delivered until payment has cleared via Bank Transfer or Credit Card, unless the payment type is on Account. In this instance invoice due for payment is 20th of the month following delivery.

Payments are processed through the secure DPS Payment Express system. Any credit card details stored for payments are done so on the DPS system. No credit card information is stored by us and we are PCI compliant. Encryption protection is managed with an SSL (Secure Socket Layer) certificate, industry standard 128bit encryption software.
